Love the product but not the best customer service
I ordered this hat for my son and loved it so much that I had to get another one in a different color. I accidentally ordered the same exact color 🤦🏼♀️. I reached out asking if I could return the hat to exchange for a different color but they wouldn’t allow it. I understand it was my fault, but I’ve placed multiple orders with the company and still wanted the product just in a different color. I was just a little disappointed because I did like the product so much.
