These are so cute. I do think they run slightly small (in the waist mainly). I with the waist band has a little more give.

Too Small but can I return?
My son wears a size 3 in everything, and it’s sometimes too big since he only just turned 3. So I took the tag off the pants super excited and they seemed a bit small. I didn’t want to accept it because I was so excited about them and let him wear them until he finally complained they were too tight. Now I can’t use them, but don’t know if I can return them. I’d just like to exchange for a size 4 if possible.
