Shipping & Delivery
We try to process orders within 1-2 days of receiving them. Orders are processed Monday-Friday.

All of our items ship from Utah.
All orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 pm MST cannot be changed. If you placed your order after 12 pm MST or on a weekend, please email sales@oliveandscout.com immediately with the subject "URGENT ADDRESS CHANGE" and include your order number and correct shipping address in the body of the email.
Unfortunately, once packages are given to the delivery service, we have no control over them. If a package is delayed, lost or stolen, we assume no responsibility for it. The best course of action is to contact the delivery service and give them your tracking number so they can locate the package for you or resolve your dispute.
If your package was sent back due to you putting an incorrect shipping address, you can either have your order refunded (excluding the cost of shipping) or pay the cost to have it shipped a second time.
Orders
Add sales@oliveandscout.com to your email address book and then check your spam folder for the confirmation email. If you still don't see the order confirmation, the email address entered at checkout may have been entered incorrectly.

If your payment didn't go through because of your credit limit, invalid zip code or invalid CVC number, the charge may still show up on your account as pending. This charge should drop off your account within a couple of days before any money is taken out of your account.
Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your item. Please email a picture of the damaged items to sales@oliveandscout.com,and we'll send you a replacement item for free.
Returns & Refunds
If you believe your order qualifies for a return, visit https://oliveandscout.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login to initiate the process.
Items in new condition with the tags still on and inside the clear bag they came in will qualify for a return. Items not in this condition will not be accepted for a return. Rejected items will not be shipped back to you.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase. Once the return is initiated, you have 7 days to ship it back. If you don't meet these criteria, the return will be rejected. If you don't ship the items back in time, you will not be refunded, and the items won't be shipped back.
If you would like to make an exchange, please visit https://oliveandscout.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login. Exchanged items must be in new condition with the tags still on and inside the clear bag they came in. Items not in this condition will not be accepted for an exchange. Rejected items will not be shipped back to you.
