Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 45 days after ordering the product. If that time period has passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. Any item that was purchased on sale or clearance is not eligible for a refund or exchange and is considered final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the tags still on. The items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval. If items are returned but not within the time period or the condition required, the refund will be rejected, and the items will not be shipped back to the customer. If you receive damaged goods, you'll be required to provide photo evidence and you'll be sent a new item for free.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Second, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Finally, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If you've received an item as a gift and would like to exchange it, you'll need to provide us either the name or email of the person that placed the order or the order number itself. We can then put the order in your name and when you submit for a refund, you'll need to select store credit as the refund method so that you receive the credit and not the gift giver.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
